Defence is possible upon cancellation of flights

Alexander Ivanov clarified the scope and the procedure for defending the rights of passengers, whose flight has been cancelled, in an article in “Capital” paper. The occasion for this was the widely discussed case with blocked Russian and Finnish tourists in Bulgaria, due to flights cancellation by “Bulgaria Air” because of disputes between the carrier and the tour operator “Alma Tour”.
